Antique Crescent brand cast iron miniature stove from mid 20th century, complete with cookware accessories: stock pot, saucepan, and copper teapot. An iphone inserted in the belly of the model mimics the appearance and sounds of a crackling fire, and a neon tube with color-changing LED lights simulates smoke from the flames.

Gray Iron Casting Company (founded in 1881) was renowned for producing many cast iron minitatures, including a wide selection of toys such as army toy soldiers, toy banks, and model stoves. Production ceased when the company answered the call to support the WWII effort, and production of toys and home items would not resume until 1945.
